項目地處廣州市番禺區華南新城板塊，是發展成熟的市中心置業板塊，總規劃面積約500畝，處五大商圈連接地，居沿江最後一處江景。

為體現廣州多元文化的精神，設計師打破傳統，大膽將中式元素與現代元素進行碰撞交融。從大堂的石台到茶几上的擺飾、書籍，無不體現出廣州這個大都市的文化多元和深沉大氣；石材與金屬、鐵藝與花藝交織碰撞出嶺南文化獨特的氣度與精緻。

The project is located in the South China new city, Panyu District, Guangzhou city. It is a well-developed Central real estate sector, with a total planning area of about 500 mu. It is located in the connection of five business circles and the last river view along the river.

In order to embody the spirit of Guangzhou's multi-cultural, the designer broke the tradition and boldly mixed the Chinese elements with the modern elements. From the stone platform in the lobby to the decorations and books on the tea table, all of them reflect the cultural diversity and profound atmosphere of Guangzhou, a metropolis; the interweaving and collision of stone and metal, iron and flower arts give rise to the unique bearing and delicacy of Lingnan culture.
